Thank you for your interest in advertising your event on the Arizona Disability
Post. The following guidelines provide the information you need to place your
ad.
COST
- Banner ads cost $100 per event and can be paid by check or credit card.
DURATION OF AD POST
- Ads are posted for a maximum of 2 months.
- Ads are posted on the 15th and 31st of each month. Banner information
must be received by the 8th and 23rd of each month.
- Banner ads are removed from the Arizona Disability Post within 2-3 days
from the end of the advertised event.
APPREARANCE OF BANNER ADS ON THE DISABILITY POST
- Banner ad art is simple and looks similar to and matches the Arizona
Disability Post main banner. Each ad will contain the name of the event and
no more than one (1) logo or icon. The Arizona Disability Post has editorial
discretion.
INFORMATION REQUIRED BY POSTING ORGANIZATION
- Camera ready art is to be supplied to the Arizona Disability Post by the
organization requesting the ad. If no art, logo or icon is provided the
Arizona Disability Post will create the ad.
- An event submittal form is to be supplied to the Arizona Disability Post
by the organization requesting the ad. A registration process or online link
needs be included in the “description box” of the form. The event submittal
form can be obtained by clicking on “Submit an Event” located at the top of
the Arizona Disability Post home page.
