Living Well with a Disability is a 10-week/20 hour peer-facilitated workshop
designed to improve health, by preventing secondary conditions and reducing
unnecessary use of costly medical services. Participants meet for 2 hours
each Friday morning. Participants get a workbook and healthy snacks. There
is no charge to attend. |
