Living Well with Disability Coalition |

The Living Well with Disability Coalition is a multi-sector collaboration of
organizations and individuals who meet twice each month (2nd and 4th
Wednesdays) to prevent substance mis-use, abuse and addicition in the
disability community. This project follows a national model - the Strategic
Prevention Framework, to conduct community needs/resource assessments, to
build coalition capacity and to design and implement a comprehensive plan
for health promotion and systems change advocacy throughout Maricopa County. |
