Event title: Women with Disabilities: Generational Perspectives on Disability and Healthcare
Description/type of event (conference, monthly meeting, training, etc.): This one day forum explores how women with disabilities across generations have viewed their connection to the disability community, living independently and access to healthcare. Find out how Baby Boomers, Gen X and others handle the role of disability in their lifestyles, differ in approaches to community involvement and access community healthcare options. Women with disabilities, medical professionals, support staff and  family members are encouraged to attend.
