Event title: Living Well with a Disability
Description/type of event (conference, monthly meeting, training, etc.): Research shows that secondary conditions such as muscle weakness, pain, fatigue, depression, social isolation and other chronic problems can be reduced when you learn the steps to Living Well.

There is NO CHARGE to join. You'll get an easy to follow workbook to guide through goal setting and problem-solving exercises. A peer facilitator will help cover over topics such as healthy communication, beating the "blues", physical activity, nutrition, advocacy and more. Expect each week to stimulate the mind, body and lift your spirits. Enjoy the snacks, have fun and make new friends.
