Event title:	Disability Empowerment Center Health & Wellness Fair 2010
Description/type of event (conference, monthly meeting, training, etc.):	The 11 agencies of the Disability Empowerment Center (DEC) of Arizona are pleased to announce their sponsorship of a community Health & Wellness Fair This Fair will offer multiple education and exhibition opportunities to the general public and healthcare professionals in the search for answers to the complex questions surrounding chronic illness and disability. Information has been updated and is available at http://www.abil.org/wellness. Individuals needing transportation can access a free shuttle service available from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. across the street from the light rail station at 44th St and Washington The day-long fair will feature five presentations on the topics of Mental Health, Wellness, Pharmacology, Natural Therapies and the Appeals Process; as well as fitness demonstrations, health screenings and an Expo of community partners.
