Description/type of event (conference, monthly meeting, training, etc.): The City of Surprise is excited to bring you the 3rd Annual Disability & Human Services Summit from 8-12 noon at Radiant Church.

As always, this event is free but we are asking each person to bring one canned or non-perishable food item to help local food banks.

We are expecting approximately 25 exhibitors from disability and human service organizations throughout the valley. The agenda includes:
