Event title:	scholarship application time for legally blind Arizonans
Description/type of event (conference, monthly meeting, training, etc.):	The Arizona Council of the Blind (AzCB) is offering two scholarships – the  John Van Landingham and the Frank Kells – named in memory of two  outstanding AzCB leaders. Each, valued at $2000, will be awarded to a legally blind Arizona resident who will be attending  college full-time in the fall of 2012. Scholarships will be presented at the Awards Banquet of the 2012 AzCB  Convention, Friday evening,April 20. Recipients are expected to attend; a  small travel subsidy will be offered to help defray expenses. An online application form can be filled out at www.azcb.org under the scholarship link.
